Mistral is a large commercial manufacturer and supplier of household appliances in Australia.

 

Mistral was experiencing severe disk space shortages on both File and Print Servers; performance issues with its IIS Web Server, Workstations and Document Management; and problems with its network such as traffic congestion, storage limitations and frequent failure due to outdated hardware. 

 

Midrange Pacific provided a total IT solution for Mistral, which consisted of an entire upgrade of infrastructure. Midrange Pacific implemented new IBM servers as well as an upgraded network for Mistral, consisting of Thin Clients by WYSE. Midrange Pacific also helped Mistral to realise the full potential of pre-existing Citrix software, that had not been fully utilised.
